The book "Intelligent Barriers” is yet to be published in English. You can buy the book in Danish at most bookstores in Denmark.

"Intelligent barriers" deals with the relation between the individual and the organisation in creating the framework for the employees to challenge and motivate themselves. Those barriers, that can challenge and at other times protect us, are intelligent barriers.

The definition:

“Intelligent barriers lead you or the group to the most relevant behavior based on your or the group´s choices and decisions."

A barrier is ”a mental  hurdle for action ”. A missing barrier is the opposite.  We all have barrieres to some extend.  The mental mechanism "barrier" is not only there to prevent  an act;  it is also there to protect us and the people around us. Missing barriers can originate in a lack of social understanding, spontaneity, winner instinct or a wish not to lose.

From barrier to career

It´s estimated that half of the people at the job market  think they are not challenged adequately during working hours. As many fight  too many or too few inner barriers, they find it difficult to handle their development from barrier to career by creating intelligent barriers. This is to the disadvantage of businesses and costs billions in lost opportunities.
